Park Regulations
Through these documents, we would like to inform you (as a guest) of the regulations at Camping De Reenert
Your reservation
- The main booker must be at least 18 years old. At least one person of at least 18 years of age must be present at all times during the stay.
- Upon arrival, you are required to present a valid identity document or passport. A driving licence is not sufficient for this purpose. If you are unable and/or unwilling to show a valid ID, De Reenert reserves the right to refuse you. You will still have to pay the full agreed amount, without the right of a refund.
- If Camping De Reenert is not in possession of the total amount due on the day of arrival, Camping De Reenert reserves the right to deny the guest access.
- If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform Camping De Reenert so that the accommodation and/or camping pitch reserved for you is kept free. Without prior notification, Camping De Reenert reserves the right to rent the accommodation and/or camping pitch to another guest and your reservation will be cancelled. In this case, you are not entitled to any refund.
- Later arrival and/or departure will not be the responsibility of Camping De Reenert, and is without the right to a refund.
Camping pitches
- Arrival from 14:00 onwards.
- Departure before 11:00.
- It is not allowed to spend the night on any other camping pitch number, neither elsewhere on Camping De Reenert, as on the designated pitch number by our reception staff.
- We have a compulsory arrangement of pitches, as indicated on the map.
- A maximum of 1 caravan, camper van or tent is allowed per pitch.
- A maximum of 1 small additional tent may be placed per camping pitch.
- A maximum of 6 persons is allowed per pitch.
- A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per pitch, dogs have to be kept on a leash at all times, an additional charge per dog per night applies
- Upon departure, the pitch must be left empty, clean and completely tidy.
Accommodations
- Arrival from 15:00 onwards.
- Departure before 10:00.
- A deposit of €200 per accommodation is required.
- Smoking in the accommodation is strictly prohibited by law. If smoke is found to have entered the accommodation, Camping De Reenert reserves the right to charge cleaning costs of € 500 to the guest.
- A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per accommodation, dogs have to be kept on a leash at all times, an additional cost per dog per night applies
- Pets, except dogs, are not allowed in the rental accommodations of Camping De Reenert.
- Per accommodation, the maximum number of persons is allowed, as described in the description of the type of accommodation. If the maximum number of persons is exceeded, appropriate measures will be undertaken.
- Upon departure, the accommodation must be left empty, clean and completely tidy.
- If you have booked a final cleaning of your rental accommodation, you must still leave the accommodation in clean conditions. This means in detail:
- Please put the furniture back to the same place as have found them upon arrival.
- Bedding must be taken off the bed.
- Bedding and/or towels should be gathered on the floor by the front door.
- Dishes must be returned clean and dry to the kitchen cabinets.
- The accommodation must be left clean.
- Please close the windows and turn off the lights.
- Garbage must be deposited in the containers provided behind the reception.
- Final cleaning is the major cleaning of the entire accommodation. If you have added final cleaning to your reservation, this cleaning will be done by our staff. If you have not added a final cleaning to your reservation, you must clean the following additional items yourself:
- Kitchen: stove, cabinet doors, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and other appliances.
- Furniture and utensils: please wipe and dry.
- Toilets: toilet bowl, door, sink and water tap.
- Bathroom: toilet, shower head, water tap, shower stall, shower drain, sink and mirror.
- Doors and windows: please wipe and dry.
- Floors: please sweep and mop all areas.
- Terrace: please sweep and wipe furniture, dry them and put them back to the same place where you have found them upon arrival
- If you have lost the key of the rental accommodation, a fee of €100 must be paid.
Liability
Camping De Reenert assumes no liability for:
- theft, injury, loss or damage of any kind, during or as a result of a stay on the premises;
- consequences of weather or other force majeure;
- the breakdown or inoperability of technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities on the premises. This will not entitle you to a refund;
- damage claims, resulting from noise nuisance caused by third parties,
- information provided verbally or by telephone.
Naturist Camping
Camping De Reenert is a naturist camping. The main booker must be at least 18 years old. At least 1 person of at least 18 years of age must be present at all times during the stay. Bachelor parties, student groups, swingers clubs or other parties that do not fit to the concept of Camping De Reenert as a naturist camping will be denied access to the premises.
Other provisions
- Cars may only be parked in the designated parking spaces.
- Electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles may not be charged at your accommodation and/or pitch. You may charge your vehicle at the designated charging point at the Esso petrol station.
- The maximum speed limit for vehicles at Camping De Reenert is 10 km/h.
- It is not allowed to use the facilities on the premises without reservation and/or registration and/or permission from Camping De Reenert
- Taking pictures of other guests is strictly prohibited.
- The consumption of alcoholic beverages in only allowed in and near the accommodation and/or camping pitch and in our catering facilities with associated terraces.
- It is forbidden to be in possession of (soft) drugs. The use of (soft) drugs is prohibited.
- A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per accommodation/camping pitch. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost per dog per night. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. Dog waste bags are available free of charge at the reception of Camping De Reenert
- Pets, except dogs, are not allowed in the rental accommodations of De Reenert
- The waste disposal site is located behind the reception of Camping Fuussekaul (on the other side of the road).
- The waste disposal area can only be used by guests of Camping Fuussekaul and Camping De Reenert. Waste must be separated in the containers provided. It is not allowed to dump large, bulky waste (e.g. tables, chairs, mattresses etc.) in the waste disposal area. You must dispose these yourself elsewhere.
- The indoor pool at Camping De Reenert has a maximum depth of 1.40 meters. Because of this, there is no certified lifeguard on duty. Children without a swimming certificate can only use the pool when accompanied by an adult. You are responsible for supervising your children. You are required to respect the pool regulations, which can be found at the entrance of the pool.
- Open fires (campfires, fire bowls, torches, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Barbecues are allowed, as long as they are at a safe distance from the accommodation and/or camping equipment. Barbecues are allowed only on an appropriate surface. They are not allowed on our wooden terraces, outdoor tables, etc. Fire extinguishers must be within reach at all times.
- Night rest starts at 22:00 and lasts until 07:00 the next morning. During the night's rest, it is expected that you will not cause any noise pollution. This means that radios and TVs are not a nuisance to others. No loud talking and/or shouting on the property. No playing in the outdoor playgrounds, trampolines, etc. An exception to this rule are special events organized by the campsite. - Instructions from employees of Camping Fuussekaul / De Reenert must be followed at all times.
- Camping De Reenert reserves the right to permanently deny access to the premises to persons who behave disorderly and ignore the established rules. In this case, there is no right to a refund.

Exceptions/deviations are possible only after written approval by the board/management of Camping Fuussekaul/ De Reenert.
