Aquagym classes combine relaxation, fun, and physical activity. Perform the same gymnastic moves in the water as you would on land, stimulating, dynamic exercises to improve your endurance and breathing. Carry out simple movements to motivating music with the help of our instructor.
Aquagym classes are group sessions available to everyone. The movements are simple and do not require any particular sports experience.
